Step to make purchases:
- Pls go through Terms & Conditions (below) before placing order.
- Download Shupozan Order Form here.
- Fill in Shupozan Order Form.
- Submit your order form to saleshupozan@gmail.com.
- Pls wait for our reply email which confirms on your order and amount.
- Pls select one of the payment mode:
- Bank transfer (For local orders only): Please make your payment by transferring the confirmed amount to POSB Saving: 029-18083-0 or OCBC Current: 5348-4583-9001
- For overseas order, payment will be done by Paypal.
- Pls email to us (saleshupozan@gmail.com) once the payment is made.
- Bank Transfer mode: Pls indicate the name of payer, time and date of payment, mode of bank transfer (eg. Internet Banking or ATM Transfer) and a copy of receipt (if payment is done via ATM Machine) or screenshot (if payment done via Internet Banking).
- We will send out your purchase as soon as we have verified the payment. Pls wait patiently for your parcel. Pls note that tracking number will be provided to you if you have opted for registered mail.
Modes to Receive Goods
- Normal Mail (Free!)
- We are NOT responsible for any lost normal mail as there is no way of tracking any mail sent via Singpost Normal Mail.
- Registered Mail with Tracking Number
- Additional SGD3.00
- Tracking number will be issued by SingPost.
- We will email the issued tracking number to you so that you trace your parcel via http://www.singpost.com/.
- Courier Service within Singapore
- Charges: $10.00 - $20.00 per location, dependent on location.
- No lost parcel.
- Delivered to your doorstep.
- Express service can be arranged if required.
- Delivered by third party courier companies.
- Meet-Up available within Singapore only (Free!)
- Meet-up at Singapore MRT stations: Somerset, Tanjong Pagar, City Hall, Bedok, etc.
- Meet-ups have to be arranged at least 2 days in advance by email.
- Overseas Mailing
- Charges is dependent on item weight and location.
- Tracking number will be issued by Speedpost, DHL, UPS or Toll.
- We will email the issued tracking number to you so that you trace your parcel.
Refund and Exchange Policy
- All Items are checked for defects/damaged before sending it out. Damages may be inevitable as 3rd party logistics is used for delivery. We do not have control over the items once it is handed to the logistics provider.
- You can exchange the product if it is already damaged when it is delivered to you. We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, we will provide you with alternatives or refund you the price you paid for the product only. Exclude shipping costs.
- Merchandise may be exchanged for the same product, a different product of equal value or customer to top up for another product of higher value.
- Exchange will be accepted within 7 days of receiving product.
- A request for exchange may be made if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging within 10 working days of delivery of shipment.
- All returns must first be requested via email and issued a Return Request Confirmation Note.
- Returned item(s) must be received within 10 days after the Return Request Confirmation Note is issued. Products not received within 10 days will be deemed as cancelled.
- Processing of the return will take no longer than 14 working days once we receive the returned product.
- Replacement of product will be sent to the address indicated on your Return request Confirmation Note.
